Drive territory revenue through account expansion and new business acquisition across assigned states. Manage full sales cycle using MEDDPICC, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, prospect and qualify leads, deliver presentations and proposals, collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, and travel within the territory to support customers and events.

Oversee compliance and reporting for statutory financial statements, lender reporting, debt covenants, and intercompany accounting; manage financial oversight and audit processes.

Design and deliver product data products on Databricks lakehouse, owning ingestion, transformation, and serving layers. Solve schema governance, identity resolution, sessionisation, and high-volume event pipelines. Define engineering standards, own data quality and contracts, and mentor engineers while translating complex event landscapes into reliable data products for analytics and AI use cases.

Manage implementation, onboarding, training, and retention for Everway customers in Denmark. Deliver in-person and online workshops, drive SaaS renewals, maintain customer database, forecast renewal pipeline, gather usage data, liaise with cross-functional teams, and represent Everway at events to increase adoption and revenue.

Lead customer onboarding and technical implementations from kickoff to go-live. Coordinate timelines, manage integrations and data setup, troubleshoot issues, communicate progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintain documentation, and improve implementation processes.

Manage end-to-end accounting and entity-level reporting for non-US Everway entities. Oversee monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, support audits, coach accounting staff, drive automation and process improvements, and assist with M&A integrations.

Hands-on principal engineer to own and scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform: build automations, data models, integrations, enforce governance, improve reliability, and lead technical strategy across martech.
