Manage an assigned portfolio of education customers across onboarding, implementation, adoption, training, engagement, retention, and renewal. Build customer relationships, monitor health and usage through Tableau, deliver demonstrations and webinars, identify risks and growth opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Support. Maintain account records, support renewals, gather feedback, and improve customer outcomes. The role includes customer-site visits and travel of up to 20%.

Owns go-to-market analytics, forecasting, sales performance reporting, and GTM operating cadence. Leads annual planning, develops performance metrics, prepares executive and board reporting, and partners with finance, data, and marketing to improve revenue processes and systems. Uses SQL, CRM, analytics, and forecasting tools to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Lead global full-cycle recruitment across technical and business functions, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, guide hiring decisions, manage offers, and deliver equitable candidate experiences. Use recruitment metrics and analytics to improve outcomes, maintain compliance with regional hiring practices, and manage multiple requisitions. The role emphasizes senior-level technical recruiting, distributed SaaS hiring, direct sourcing, stakeholder management, and diverse pipeline development.
