Manage end-to-end accounting and entity-level reporting for non-US Everway entities. Oversee monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, support audits, coach accounting staff, drive automation and process improvements, and assist with M&A integrations.

Design, deliver, and optimize AI-enabled sales and customer operations enablement programmes for North America. Lead cross-functional initiatives, support product launches and campaigns, deliver training, track performance with data, and localize global enablement for regional needs.
