Teams at Everway

Drive business development in Denmark’s education sector by identifying and closing complex opportunities, building strategic stakeholder relationships, managing the full sales cycle, maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts, and achieving revenue targets. Develop proposals, represent Everway at industry events, monitor competitors, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with local teams to expand market presence and promote inclusive education technology.

Lead end-to-end product design across Everway’s interconnected special education and assistive technology products. Responsibilities include framing complex problems, synthesizing research and analytics, prototyping, validating, and delivering accessible experiences. The role contributes to product strategy, design systems, AI-enabled experiences, and inclusive design standards while partnering with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and other designers. It also involves facilitating workshops, influencing stakeholders, and improving design quality across the portfolio.

Provide first-line technical support through phone, email, web, and support channels. Investigate and resolve customer issues, document interactions in CRM and support systems, escalate appropriately, and collaborate with Sales, Development, and QA. Create support documentation and knowledge-base content, maintain product expertise through training, prioritize multiple requests, and contribute to customer satisfaction and service improvements. This is a six-month fixed-term contract.
