Serve as subject-matter expert on power systems modeling, represent the company to regulators and stakeholders, develop processes and software capabilities, manage backlog and resources, prepare regulatory documentation and testimony, and support cross-functional project delivery and team development.

Lead cross-disciplinary teams to plan and implement electric distribution grid modernization (VVO, FLISR, BESS, OT platforms). Manage project lifecycle including technology selection, budgeting, regulatory filings, procurement, performance verification, stakeholder reporting, and staff development. Coordinate with IT, Operations, Planning and external partners; participate in industry forums and emergency restoration as required.

Lead Engineer responsible for planning, design, maintenance and operation of transmission/distribution assets. Supervises engineers, develops life cycle and capital plans, optimizes asset cost-performance, leads reliability analysis and preventive maintenance programs, conducts root-cause analysis, provides technical support during emergencies, and may act as project manager. Role requires regional travel and on-call availability.

Design and implement SAP-focused technical solutions: gather requirements, assess and improve architecture, recommend options, oversee development teams, ensure enterprise integration/API and cloud (Azure) alignment, communicate status to stakeholders, and support emergency restoration and regional travel.
