Manage customer billing and subscription lifecycle in NetSuite: process orders, generate and validate invoices, reconcile billing, support month-end close, assist Finance and Revenue Operations, resolve billing discrepancies, process credits/refunds, and drive process improvements and automation for recurring SaaS billing.

The Associate Account Executive will drive new business by selling EverPass Media's products to bars, restaurants, and commercial venues, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with marketing to leverage campaigns.

Validate quotes and closed-won deals, audit deal and SKU accuracy, run Salesforce reports to surface data anomalies, manage Salesforce tickets and testing, and communicate cross-functionally to drive revenue process improvements.
