Owns paid and organic consumer acquisition, managing a $5M+ media budget against CAC, ROAS, and payback goals. Builds AI-agent infrastructure for media buying, creative testing, optimization, and reporting while maintaining healthcare compliance. Leads measurement, agencies, contractors, and a small high-output team. Also validates new revenue opportunities through prototypes, landing pages, and experimentation.

Provides in-office and executive IT support across macOS devices, SaaS applications, networking, AV systems, Zoom Rooms, and collaboration tools. Responsibilities include user provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, hardware and software troubleshooting, access management, ticket resolution, endpoint compliance, workflow automation, documentation, and support for executive meetings and communications. The role operates in a HIPAA-, SOC 2-, and HITRUST-regulated environment and requires occasional U.S. travel.
