Supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of foundational leadership development programs. Facilitates new supervisor training, coordinates session logistics, tracks attendance and completion, supports learning-material development, administers assessments and feedback, and partners with HR to identify training needs for first-line leaders.

Supports and implements Planful FP&A and consolidation modules, including workflow modeling, automation, technical design, testing, documentation, maintenance, reporting, user access, training, and business-as-usual support. Collaborates with stakeholders to improve financial planning processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a positive user support experience. The role also applies analytical, problem-solving, and basic project management skills while working with ERP and automation tools.

Leads technical account management for enterprise clients, resolving production issues, managing projects from conception through launch, reporting performance metrics, and maintaining executive stakeholder relationships. Drives client transformation, service growth, profitability, contract consumption, and portfolio management while coordinating internal delivery, sales, and support teams. Requires strong communication, IT services or consulting experience, technical breadth, project management skills, and participation in an on-call rotation.
