The IT Specialist provides technical support for work-at-home and on-site agents, manages Windows applications, and supports Microsoft networking environments.

Monitors real-time workforce and floor activities, manages service escalations, tracks adherence, prepares intraday reports, analyzes forecast-versus-actual performance, identifies scheduling gaps, and communicates operational impacts and recommendations to workforce management, client, and operations leaders.

Leads regional leadership development strategy and ensures learning processes are implemented. Plans and delivers development programs for supervisors and managers, designs scalable learning solutions, facilitates classroom and virtual training, evaluates learning impact, analyzes performance gaps, and collaborates with operations and global learning teams on instructional content and development initiatives.
