Support regulatory compliance for affordable housing portfolios by conducting file audits, preparing agency documents, monitoring regulatory updates, training site staff, assisting with MORs and inspections, maintaining compliance procedures, and tracking corrective actions.

Support the Property Manager by handling clerical tasks, resident inquiries, leasing and certification paperwork, rent processing, work order distribution, waiting list and outreach, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and OSHA standards.
