Support regulatory compliance for affordable housing portfolios by conducting file audits, preparing agency documents, monitoring regulatory updates, training site staff, assisting with MORs and inspections, maintaining compliance procedures, and tracking corrective actions.

Serve as primary liaison with site teams, owners, HUD, and contract administrators; maintain compliance documentation and systems (iREMS, TRACS, SharePoint, RealPage); monitor deadlines, audits, and operational initiatives; support contract and certification renewals and train site teams on new tools.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Property Manager for two communities: greet residents, handle calls, assist leasing and move-ins, manage resident files and compliance, process rent and deposits, coordinate maintenance work orders, maintain waiting lists, and support marketing and community engagement.

Support acquisitions, underwriting, and portfolio management by building financial models, conducting market and regulatory research, coordinating due diligence, analyzing asset performance, and recommending tooling and data improvements to optimize investment decisions in affordable housing.

Manage resident certifications and recertifications for HUD, LIHTC, IHDA programs from initiation to completion, maintain accurate resident files, verify third-party documentation, support audits and reporting, handle EIV/TRACS records, assist property operations and provide backup for the Property Manager as needed.
