Manage ground-up affordable senior living developments from underwriting and LIHTC or tax-exempt bond applications through due diligence, closing, construction execution, and conversion. Build and maintain financial models, coordinate reports and stakeholders, prepare investor and lender packages, manage agency communications, support zoning and entitlement activities, and oversee construction-period reporting and draw documentation. The role is based in Chicago with periodic travel to Ohio project sites.

Manages resident certifications and recertifications for HUD, LIHTC, IHDA, and other affordable housing programs. Verifies documentation, maintains compliant resident files, enters data in OneSite, prepares reports, supports audits and file reviews, and manages EIV/TRACS records. Communicates with residents, supports leasing and retention activities, performs move-in and move-out paperwork, and provides administrative and backup property management support.
