Supports affordable senior-living real estate developments through financial modeling, underwriting, funding applications, due diligence, closing coordination, investor and lender communications, construction-period reporting, market research, and site or entitlement support. Maintains development proformas, sources and uses, deal files, checklists, closing packages, and internal investment materials while coordinating with lenders, investors, agencies, counsel, operators, and project stakeholders.

Manages affordable housing certifications and recertifications, verifies resident documentation, maintains compliant files, enters data into OneSite, and supports audits, reporting, waiting lists, and subsidy requests. The role communicates with residents, maintains HUD, LIHTC, and IHDA compliance, assists with leasing and office administration, and provides backup property management support. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, regulatory knowledge, and resident service are required.

Leads operational, financial, compliance, facilities, and resident service performance across 8–10 affordable housing properties. Supervises and develops property teams, oversees budgets and financial reviews, ensures LIHTC and Section 8 compliance, prepares sites for audits and inspections, monitors maintenance and capital projects, addresses resident concerns, and communicates property performance to owners and stakeholders. Requires frequent travel across the assigned portfolio and occasional after-hours support.
