Lead Evergreen's marketing strategy and execution: create and optimize digital campaigns, develop content and collateral, manage channels (web, social, email), track performance, support sales for school and group programs, research trends, and identify growth opportunities to drive awareness and bookings.

Lead safe, enjoyable backcountry and off-piste ski/splitboard tours in Hakuba. Plan routes, assess snowpack and weather, perform rescue and first aid, mentor trainee guides, run pre-tour briefings, manage logistics, maintain equipment and vehicles, and contribute to training, reporting, and guest experience.

Lead and manage seasonal outdoor education and camp programs in Hakuba, overseeing program design, team leadership, safety and risk management, logistics, budgets, guest relations, staff training, and community partnerships to deliver high-quality, English-language youth experiences.

Provide high-level guest service in Japanese via front desk, phone and email. Process bookings, reservations and cancellations for tours, lessons and outdoor programs. Handle cash and credit card payments, perform opening/closing duties, maintain a clean reception area, provide local and product information, report safety hazards, and work autonomously or within a fast-paced team. May perform other duties as required.

Live-in manager responsible for supervising staff accommodation: welcoming arrivals, enforcing lodge rules, coordinating cleaning and recycling rosters, performing small maintenance (snow removal, kerosene heating, basic repairs), monitoring safety and fire protocols, assisting injured/ill staff and transporting them, liaising with HR, and managing seasonal set-up and pack-down duties.

Provide live Mandarin↔English translation and interpretation for ski and snowboard courses, proofread and quality-check materials, support bookings and guest communications, use translation tools, collaborate with instructors and admin, and maintain confidentiality while working outdoors at mountain resorts.

Lead Evergreen's winter guide team and manage daily heli-ski, backcountry touring, and off-piste operations. Oversee scheduling, safety, rescue readiness, inventory, training, guest experience, and stakeholder relations while ensuring compliance with Japanese and company protocols. Support budgeting, season planning, and partner coordination.

Handle guest enquiries, process bookings/payments, schedule guides and vehicles, coordinate daily tour operations, maintain records and reporting, support office operations and guest logistics, and contribute to a positive team environment in a seasonal mountain setting.
