Lead onboarding and act as primary account manager to drive customer time-to-value, build long-term relationships, monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, evangelize product features, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and feedback customer needs to influence product and service improvements.

Manage full lifecycle of client payments for Everflow Pay, including onboarding, support, training, process improvement, helpdesk and documentation. Execute payment cycles using platforms like Tipalti and Veem, identify expansion opportunities, provide client feedback, and evangelize product features to drive adoption and revenue.

Manage and optimize Everflow Marketplace demand-side integrations for advertisers and publishers. Monitor traffic and data, troubleshoot APIs/JS SDKs and tracking discrepancies, escalate platform issues to engineering, and maintain technical documentation and FAQs to improve integration performance and stability.

Develop and execute test plans, automated UI and functional tests, and CI flows. Create quality metrics, coordinate test strategies with product and engineering teams, ensure reliability and performance across web/API and microservices, and support mobile testing and defect triage to move projects to production.

Own and scale the public Help Center: design information architecture, write and maintain step-by-step technical guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles for API integrations and tracking. Partner with Product and Customer Success to prioritize high-ticket topics, audit content accuracy, and use analytics to reduce support tickets. Ensure Help Desk serves as single source of truth and supports downstream AI initiatives.

Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify leads via phone, email, chat and LinkedIn. Educate marketing professionals on Everflow's partner marketing platform, update HubSpot CRM, set appointments, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives while shadowing AEs to develop sales skills.
