Partner with Product and Customer Success to prioritize high-ticket topics, audit content accuracy, and use analytics to reduce support tickets. Ensure Help Desk serves as single source of truth and supports downstream AI initiatives.

Lead onboarding and account management for SaaS customers, ensure fast time-to-value, build multi-threaded relationships, identify and close expansion opportunities, evangelize product features, monitor usage and health metrics, and advocate customer needs internally.

Manage and optimize Everflow Marketplace demand-side integrations for advertisers and publishers. Monitor traffic and data, troubleshoot APIs/JS SDKs and tracking discrepancies, escalate platform issues to engineering, and maintain technical documentation and FAQs to improve integration performance and stability.
