Develop and execute Everfit’s social media and content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Identify trends, create original content series, write scripts and captions, direct production, and collaborate with brand, marketing, creators, designers, and editors. Produce hands-on short-form video and reactive content, optimize platform-specific performance, and use metrics to test hooks, formats, and distribution. Build content featuring coaches, athletes, creators, customers, and the Everfit community.

Own lifecycle strategy from onboarding to expansion across email, push, in-app, and SMS. Build automated campaigns in Iterable, define activation/retention metrics with Product and Data, run A/B tests, report KPIs, leverage AI for personalization, and collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to reduce churn and drive growth.

Own and iterate the payments product for a B2B2C marketplace: design transaction lifecycles, improve checkout conversion, payouts, fraud/dispute handling, and billing reliability. Partner with engineering, design, and marketing, talk to users, and build global, AI-assisted payments workflows for international scale.
