Lead development and lifecycle of rugged construction-site hardware and IoT devices. Define product strategy, write detailed PRDs, align engineering and manufacturing, manage BOMs and contract manufacturers, and coordinate go-to-market, training, and documentation.

Build, maintain, and secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Manage VMs, containers, orchestration, networking, and PostgreSQL production databases. Implement automation, observability, backup/replication, and incident response; document runbooks and support deployments across environments.

Lead Evercam’s Ireland business as a P&L owner: grow revenue and margin, run Sales, Customer Success and Site Ops, deepen market penetration with enterprise contractors and government, make Ireland the company’s innovation reference market, and embed AI across commercial operations while building the team and culture.

Provide remote technical support for APAC customers and partners, troubleshooting cameras, gateways, Raspberry Pi and Linux systems, networking and VPNs. Manage support queue, resolve tickets, assist deployments and maintenance, escalate complex issues, and create documentation and troubleshooting guides to improve product reliability and customer experience.

Manage strategic relationships with key construction-technology clients to drive adoption, retention and expansion. Develop account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, use customer data to shape engagement, advocate customer needs to Product and Leadership, maintain CRM hygiene, mentor peers, and support onboarding.
