Prepare and issue accurate invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, reconcile billing discrepancies, and resolve customer billing inquiries. Maintain billing documentation, ensure compliance with company policies, collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams, and recommend process improvements. Assist with billing system implementations and support financial analysis and reporting.

Manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, execution, renewals, and terminations. Identifies risks involving liability, indemnification, privacy, and intellectual property; negotiates with customer legal and procurement teams; tracks obligations and compliance requirements; and coordinates insurance, documentation, and internal stakeholder support for SaaS agreements in the construction technology sector.

Leads global operations across site services, support, business operations, hardware, compliance, professional services, and supply chain. Owns performance measurement, service delivery, inventory and logistics, internal systems, data and AI initiatives, documentation, compliance, customer contracts, SLAs, and organizational operating cadence. Partners with the CEO, C-suite, board, shareholders, regional leaders, and cross-functional teams to improve productivity, reliability, margins, and scalability.
