Own end-to-end financial reporting for the parent company, including month-end close, management accounts, revenue reporting, reconciliations, consolidation support, inventory accounting, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reviews. The role also supports audits, finance process automation, and ad hoc projects within a remote, international technology company.

Own end-to-end payroll with an external provider, maintain payroll data and reports, and support compensation analysis. Process weekly accounts payable runs, validate invoices, maintain vendor records, respond to payment inquiries, and assist month-end close with accrual and prepayment entries. Improve People-Finance processes, documentation, automation, and purchasing and payment workflows while collaborating cross-functionally.

Partner across functions to own financial planning, modelling, reporting, and fundraising support for Series B. Lead budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, cap-table scenario analysis, stakeholder and board reporting, and cross-functional finance projects.
