Build, maintain, and secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Manage VMs, containers, orchestration, networking, and PostgreSQL production databases. Implement automation, observability, backup/replication, and incident response; document runbooks and support deployments across environments.

Perform high-volume outbound and inbound outreach (phone/email/LinkedIn), qualify leads, book demos, maintain Zoho CRM, conduct account research and personalized outreach, and collaborate with sales, account management, and customer success to drive SQLs and account growth.
