Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, leave and benefits administration, HR records, compliance reporting, policy implementation, employee engagement events, and HR invoice processing. The role requires strong knowledge of employment regulations, HR systems, communication, organization, confidentiality, and problem-solving, with HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.

Maintains fixed asset records throughout the asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and retirements. Supports general ledger activities, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and audit requests. Reviews construction-in-progress balances, assists with physical asset inventories, investigates discrepancies, and helps improve accounting policies, controls, and processes.

The manager will provide financial support, enhance forecasting processes, develop management reports, and lead analyst activities for pricing and investment analysis.
