Develop and edit marketing and product copy across campaigns, site content, CRM, social, landing pages and printed materials. Collaborate with marketing, product and design teams to produce on-brand, conversion-driven messaging, ensure quality and accuracy, support launches, maintain copy guides and style standards, and apply SEO/SEM best practices.

Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Lead automation and control system programming, tooling and layout design, continuous improvement/CI projects, defect reduction, risk assessments, and preventive maintenance coordination. Support new product R&D and pilot production, lead supervisor meetings, and drive cost savings while ensuring regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance.

Manage semi-monthly multi-state payroll using UKG, ensure payroll compliance and audits, serve as UKG HRIS administrator, support onboarding/offboarding and integrations, provide user support and training, produce HR reports and analytics, lead process improvements and vendor management, and assist with broader HR functions.

Lead development and execution of omni-channel integrated marketing strategies for brand and product launches. Partner cross-functionally to create positioning, creative briefs, retail and influencer programs, define KPIs, and track performance. Balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution and coordination across agencies and internal teams to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

The manager will provide financial support, enhance forecasting processes, develop management reports, and lead analyst activities for pricing and investment analysis.
