Lead development and execution of brand and product marketing strategies, manage a high-performing marketing team, oversee digital channels (SEO/SEM, social, email, content), plan campaigns and partnerships, allocate and manage budgets, and analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI while reporting to executives.

The AR Claims Analyst will research deductions, validate claims, perform account reconciliations, and analyze reports to support Accounts Receivable operations using advanced Excel skills.

Manage semi-monthly multi-state payroll using UKG, ensure payroll compliance and audits, serve as UKG HRIS administrator, support onboarding/offboarding and integrations, provide user support and training, produce HR reports and analytics, lead process improvements and vendor management, and assist with broader HR functions.

Lead development and execution of omni-channel integrated marketing strategies for brand and product launches. Partner cross-functionally to create positioning, creative briefs, retail and influencer programs, define KPIs, and track performance. Balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution and coordination across agencies and internal teams to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Lead all indirect procurement activities including strategic sourcing, policy development, supplier negotiations, and US facilities purchasing. Create budgets and procurement plans, partner with business units, oversee supplier performance, and ensure cost, delivery, and quality objectives are met.

Provide paralegal and legal assistant support across contract management, intellectual property, corporate governance, litigation, regulatory matters, and legal operations. Manage eDiscovery processes, compile responsive documents for discovery and investigations, maintain corporate records and insurance matters, and support matter tracking and document retention. Liaise with internal stakeholders, outside counsel, and international counterparts while improving processes and ensuring confidentiality.
