- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and new hire orientation to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and outreach programs to strengthen employer branding and attract qualified candidates.
- Administer FMLA, short-term disability, and other leave programs; oversee employee benefits enrollment, updates, and vendor communication.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases; prepare reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Support the development, communication, and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in the Events Committee to promote employee engagement.
- Process HR-related invoices in D365 and maintain accurate HR system data and reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years as HR generalist in a manufacturing environment.
- PHR certification is preferred.
