Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate with staff and concierge for special requests, maintain host station and menus, answer phones promptly, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and assist service flow to ensure a positive dining experience.

Manages IT service delivery, Help Desk personnel, ticket operations, escalations, service metrics, onboarding and offboarding, asset management, vendors, and operational IT projects across multiple hotel properties. Requires weekend and holiday availability, a professional demeanor, prolonged standing or kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding, I-9 verification, benefits and payroll coordination, recruitment assistance, worker's compensation tracking, personnel file maintenance, separations and exit interviews, associate relations support, and event coordination. Serve as HR point-of-contact for associates and managers, maintain HRIS records, assist with audits and compliance, and support HR leaders with process improvements and HR programs.

Manages the hotel stewarding department, overseeing kitchen and related-area cleanliness, sanitation, staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, budgets, safety, and performance management. Partners with culinary, banquet, and food-and-beverage leaders to support daily operations and events across multiple resort kitchens and bars. Ensures compliance with health department, EcoSure, and hotel standards while maintaining equipment, supplies, dishware, and service procedures.

Lead Steward oversees stewarding operations, assigns and coaches staff, ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance, supports banquet and kitchen service, conducts inspections, manages inventory of service ware, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinates with chefs and hotel leadership.

Welcomes guests warmly, manages reservations and seating, hands out menus, takes initial drink orders, maintains reservation book accuracy, and supports leadership with additional duties to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
