Requires weekend and holiday availability, professional customer service, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Lead Steward oversees stewarding operations, assigns and coaches staff, ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance, supports banquet and kitchen service, conducts inspections, manages inventory of service ware, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinates with chefs and hotel leadership.

Protects hotel guests, employees, and property through foot patrols, CCTV and access-control monitoring, policy enforcement, emergency response, incident reporting, key control, and safety inspections. The officer assists guests, coordinates with first responders and internal teams, maintains security records, and participates in ongoing emergency-response training. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, physical stamina, a valid California driver’s license, Guard Card, and RBS certification.

Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate with staff and concierge for special requests, maintain host station and menus, answer phones promptly, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and assist service flow to ensure a positive dining experience.

Manages IT service delivery, Help Desk personnel, ticket operations, escalations, service metrics, onboarding and offboarding, asset management, vendors, and operational IT projects across multiple hotel properties. Supervise stewarding department operations at Bahia Resort: assign work, train and develop staff, ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens/back-of-house and banquet areas, manage inventory and equipment maintenance, coordinate with culinary and banquet teams, conduct inspections, and assume manager duties as needed.
