Leads Front Office operations across Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Valet, and Transportation. Oversees managers, staffing, training, guest satisfaction, service recovery, scheduling, budgets, room inventory, revenue-support activities, and safety standards. Partners with hotel departments and leadership to maintain AAA Five Diamond service, optimize occupancy and revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Manages and supervises the hotel stewarding department, including staffing, scheduling, training, sanitation, safety, inventory, supplies, budgeting, and equipment control. Ensures kitchens and related areas meet health department and hotel cleanliness standards. Coordinates with kitchen and other departments, supports food and equipment distribution for events, maintains records, and serves as a hands-on mentor and manager.

Supports the Director of Sales and Sales Managers with administrative and coordination duties. Serves as a first point of contact for guests and clients, manages calls and sales activity records, maintains the iVvy client database, prepares memorandums, coordinates contracts and proposals, orders supplies, and organizes sales-office procedures. Requires weekend and holiday availability, professional customer service, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
