Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, coordinate with staff and concierge for special requests, maintain host station and menus, answer phones promptly, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and assist service flow to ensure a positive dining experience.

Manages IT service delivery, Help Desk personnel, ticket operations, escalations, service metrics, onboarding and offboarding, asset management, vendors, and operational IT projects across multiple hotel properties. The role supervises, coaches, and develops staff; coordinates with systems and network engineers; maintains procedures and documentation; tracks incidents and projects; and serves as the primary IT liaison for hotel and corporate departments.

Maintains hotel public areas, linen rooms, and housekeeping carts to support Room Attendants. Distributes supplies and linen, collects soiled linen, cleans guestroom windows, follows safety standards, and performs additional housekeeping duties. Requires weekend and holiday availability, a professional demeanor, prolonged standing or kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
