Greet and assist spa guests, manage reservations and phone inquiries, coordinate with treatment providers, process transactions and audits, maintain retail displays, support spa director with projects and inventories, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Supervise AM/PM/overnight front desk staff, ensure excellent guest service, handle arrivals/departures and billing, coach associates, promote hotel amenities and upsells, coordinate with departments, maintain cash handling and safety procedures, and perform additional duties as assigned.

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of core infrastructure systems, including virtualization, storage, networking, and security, while driving automation and operational reliability.
