Leads the air traffic training subgroup for an airspace modernization initiative. Develops training plans, curricula, and materials; coordinates with FAA stakeholders, facilities, and subject matter experts; validates technical accuracy and compliance with FAA standards; conducts needs assessments and gap analyses; tracks milestones, risks, and deliverables; and prepares status reports and briefings for program leadership.

Lead Agile delivery and operational oversight for Microsoft 365 projects supporting the Federal Reserve Board. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage Kanban workflows, remove blockers, coach teams, and oversee schedules, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, SLAs, incidents, change management, and service performance. Coordinate M365 project delivery and day-to-day operations across IT teams and business units while driving continuous improvement and workload management.

Provides high-level administrative and office management support to FAA executive leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence management, travel arrangements, action tracking, event logistics, procedure development, office systems improvement, procurement support, and SharePoint content maintenance. The role requires discretion, strong organization, multitasking, communication, and independent judgment while working onsite at FAA Headquarters.

Develops executive communications, briefings, talking points, status materials, meeting guides, minutes, memos, and visual products for an FAA air traffic modernization program. Translates technical work into clear language for senior government leaders, manages communication artifacts and distribution, edits program content, coordinates stakeholder input, and supports leadership meetings and governance sessions.

Supports a large-scale FAA air traffic modernization program by maintaining action, decision, risk, and issue registers; analyzing dependencies across workstreams; tracking commitments; preparing executive reports and visualizations; documenting technical meetings; coordinating stakeholders; and identifying impediments and improvement strategies.

Develops end-to-end data and application solutions supporting an FAA air traffic system. Responsibilities include translating operational requirements into technical architectures, building databases, dashboards, Power Pages applications, reports, and responsive interfaces, and implementing data models, validation, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, security, and sustainment.
