Leads the air traffic training subgroup for an airspace modernization initiative. Develops training plans, curricula, and materials; coordinates with FAA stakeholders, facilities, and subject matter experts; validates technical accuracy and compliance with FAA standards; conducts needs assessments and gap analyses; tracks milestones, risks, and deliverables; and prepares status reports and briefings for program leadership.

Lead Agile delivery and operational oversight for Microsoft 365 projects supporting the Federal Reserve Board. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage Kanban workflows, remove blockers, coach teams, and oversee schedules, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, SLAs, incidents, change management, and service performance. Coordinate M365 project delivery and day-to-day operations across IT teams and business units while driving continuous improvement and workload management.

Provides high-level administrative and office management support to FAA executive leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence management, travel arrangements, action tracking, event logistics, procedure development, office systems improvement, procurement support, and SharePoint content maintenance. The role requires discretion, strong organization, multitasking, communication, and independent judgment while working onsite at FAA Headquarters.
