Leads FAA Technical Operations training initiatives, including curriculum and material development for systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures. Coordinates with FAA training organizations, field facilities, and subject matter experts; facilitates working groups; validates training content; conducts needs assessments; tracks milestones and risks; and prepares leadership briefings. Requires extensive FAA Tech Ops and air traffic control experience, program management expertise, and strong facilitation and analytical skills.

Leads deployment workstreams for an FAA air traffic support system, integrating activities, dependencies, resources, stakeholders, and operational constraints. Analyzes changes and downstream impacts, develops mitigation plans, coordinates implementation across internal and external groups, supports resource sequencing, and provides executive-level decision support. The role also supports the project coordination team as a senior project coordinator.

Develops end-to-end data and application solutions supporting an FAA air traffic system. Responsibilities include translating operational requirements into technical architectures, building databases, dashboards, Power Pages applications, reports, and responsive interfaces, and implementing data models, validation, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, security, and sustainment.
