Lead Etihad Airways’ global airline alliance strategy, including identifying, negotiating, implementing, and optimizing joint ventures, codeshares, interline agreements, and other partnerships. Represents Etihad Airways at MRO facilities during aircraft base maintenance. Reviews engineering work, audits regulatory and company-standard compliance, authorizes additional work and material purchases, coordinates MRO activities, monitors aircraft turnaround time, tracks KPIs, and resolves outsourcing issues while maintaining detailed maintenance records.

Analyze and visualize airline operational data to support cost savings, network optimization, and fuel efficiency. Develop reports, self-service dashboards, analytical models, monthly benefits reports, and actionable leadership insights. Research advanced analytical solutions, present findings to stakeholders, mentor team members in predictive modeling, forecasting, and machine learning, and manage user acceptance testing and system rollouts.

Manage and grow assigned airline, travel agency, corporate, and industry partner accounts. Drive revenue through account planning, relationship development, market analysis, sales activities, negotiations, promotions, and customer retention. Conduct business reviews, identify opportunities, draft agreements, collaborate with regional and global teams, and represent Etihad at client meetings or events. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, sales and account management expertise, CRM experience, a valid Canadian driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and valid Canadian work authorization.

Lead Etihad Airways’ global social media strategy, brand storytelling, content campaigns, influencer partnerships, agency relationships, and social activations. Establish KPIs, use analytics and customer insights to optimize performance, demonstrate ROI, and support commercial growth. Manage and develop a high-performing social media team while advising senior stakeholders and collaborating across brand, creative, digital, communications, commercial, and customer experience functions.

Provides administrative and operational support for the insurance department, including policy maintenance, renewals, premium payment follow-up, claims coordination, compliance documentation, reporting, and liaison with insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders. Maintains accurate policy and claims records, supports legal and regulatory compliance, and assists with insurance settlements and subrogation claims.

Leads data science, machine learning, and AI initiatives from ideation through production, developing models for dynamic pricing, forecasting, optimization, and revenue management. Optimize cargo and passenger flight capacity, overbooking, shipment prioritization, truck schedules, route allocations, and revenue strategies across approximately 10 routes and 20 daily flights. Analyze demand, capacity, and route performance; manage operational disruptions and rebooking; coordinate with Network Planning, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Pricing; and contribute to revenue management development projects.

Manage global sponsorship ticketing and hospitality operations, including ticket allocation, demand analysis, stakeholder engagement, agency relationships, reporting, dashboards, and post-event analysis. Develop strategies to improve ticket utilisation, guest experiences, sponsorship ROI, and operational effectiveness. Support major sports sponsorship activations, project initiatives, risk assessment, budget monitoring, governance, contractual compliance, and continuous improvement.

Lead and execute sales activities for special accounts across Indonesia and Malaysia to meet revenue targets. Define and implement local channel strategy, monitor sales KPIs, coach and manage the commercial team, coordinate with business development and partners, develop sales and marketing initiatives, ensure contract and policy compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Manage, configure, deploy, and support airport operational systems (primarily self-service and DCS/reservations). Coordinate stakeholders and ground handlers, conduct testing, resolve defects, maintain documentation and training materials, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure compliant, efficient terminal operations.

Support finance business partnering with financial analysis, monthly management reports, variance commentary, budget and current estimate preparation, KPI analysis, and presentations for decision-making.

Lead and manage the Etihad insource cargo sales team to implement commercial strategy, develop country/area/account plans, grow revenue, load factor and yield, maintain customer contracts and relationships, use KPIs/SLAs, drive digital solutions (iCargo, e-AWB), coordinate with GHAs/terminals, and ensure budgetary, safety and compliance standards.

Manage Etihad's influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end: identify and contract creators, coordinate travel logistics and campaign delivery, monitor content and compliance, track performance and ROI, maintain campaign documentation, process invoices, and support influencer events and familiarization trips.

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering recruitment team; design and execute attraction and sourcing strategies for high-volume and specialist engineering roles; advise senior engineering leaders; build sustainable talent pipelines across licensed engineers, maintenance and technical operations; drive assessment excellence and data-driven hiring, deliver strong candidate and hiring manager experience, and continuously improve recruitment processes and tools.

Manage and grow a portfolio of travel trade and corporate customers in Ghana. Develop and execute sales plans, build relationships, analyze market and competitor activity, maintain pipeline and CRM, negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive revenue and market share.
