Own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle for enterprise data management and data platform products. Work with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize backlog, support PI planning, sequence architectural enablers, run demos, measure adoption and data/platform performance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy and governance.

Lead Etihad Airways’ global airline alliance strategy, including identifying, negotiating, implementing, and optimizing joint ventures, codeshares, interline agreements, and other partnerships. Build business cases, secure executive and Board approval, govern partnership performance, and drive commercial value across passenger revenue, loyalty, cargo, ancillary services, and operations. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across network planning, revenue management, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and operations.

Supports sales teams and account managers by resolving account inquiries, maintaining Salesforce records, processing commercial gestures and waivers, coordinating workshops and sales campaigns, and communicating products, fares, ticketing, and group policies. Builds relationships with trade customers, supports revenue-generating activities, collaborates across departments, and participates in agent visits to secure group business.
