Lead a propulsion engineering team providing technical and program management support for Etihad engine fleet. Oversee in-service investigations, OEM liaison, maintenance contracts, compliance with airworthiness requirements, engine/APU modifications, shop visits, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement programs.

Lead Guest 360 product strategy and roadmap with emphasis on journey orchestration, customer data activation, and omnichannel personalization. Own lifecycle delivery, translate CRM/booking/loyalty data into activation use cases, partner with data, engineering, CX and marketing, leverage analytics to boost engagement, and prioritize new capabilities.

Own and prioritize backlog for Guest 360 and customer journey analytics. Translate business needs into user stories, drive CDP implementation and adoption, track product performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance personalization and omnichannel customer experience.
