Support day-to-day account operations: manage briefs, timelines, approvals, and documentation; liaise with clients and internal teams; assemble research and draft first-pass performance reports; traffic work through creative, production, and media; prepare estimates, track POs/invoices, and ensure assets meet specs.

Hunt and close net‑new enterprise logos in Saudi Arabia for Ethos's digital/CX services. Build pipeline, lead full sales cycle, develop partner channel relationships (Adobe, Salesforce, IBM, Acquia), maintain CRM discipline, represent Ethos at events, and achieve agreed revenue and co‑sell targets.

Lead client relationships and business growth for major accounts, develop strategic marketing plans, oversee campaign and social content execution (including video), use social listening and analytics to optimize performance, manage budgets and profitability, recruit and mentor teams, and present actionable performance reports to clients and stakeholders.

Lead Arabic copy across campaigns, social, digital, film, radio and integrated work. Turn briefs into concepts, scripts, taglines; collaborate with creative teams; mentor junior writers; oversee production and ensure consistent brand tone. Contribute strategic thinking in pitches and brainstorms.
