Creates visual assets across digital, social, web, and presentation formats. Produces motion graphics and light animations, supports campaigns through key visual adaptations and layouts, and maintains consistent visual systems across formats. Collaborates with art directors, copywriters, and strategists to turn briefs into strong executions while managing multiple deadlines. Requires strong design fundamentals, digital experience, a quality portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Develop and manage client social media strategies, content calendars, campaigns, and performance KPIs. Plan creative photoshoots and short videos, monitor engagement, analyze campaign results, track platform trends, and recommend content improvements. Collaborate with customer service and creative teams, use social listening tools, and help hire or train social media team members.

Lead creative content across multiple clients by developing original content programs, directing video from concept through editing, and adapting work for regional social platforms. Present and sell ideas to senior client stakeholders, manage content calendars, write and edit copy, oversee a small team, and use social listening and platform analytics to improve performance. Requires strong Arabic and English writing, deep MENA cultural fluency, and confidence managing client relationships.
