The Director of People & Talent leads recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, retention, and HR compliance across two school campuses. The role establishes consistent people systems, supports campus leaders, manages personnel records and compensation structures, monitors staff growth, and oversees the Manager of Family Engagement. This hybrid position partners with the CEO and school leaders on communication, culture, recognition, and family recruitment.

Leads curriculum and instruction for an assigned grade band and content area. Coaches teachers, interventionists, and instructional specialists through observations, feedback, modeling, and individualized development plans. Analyzes assessment and progress-monitoring data to improve instruction, coordinates standards-aligned curriculum implementation, supports MTSS intervention, facilitates professional learning, and ensures instructional continuity during staff absences. Partners with the Principal and school leadership on academic planning and continuous improvement.

Manages specialized education services for students with disabilities by coaching instructional staff, supporting curriculum and classroom improvement, coordinating IEPs and behavioral plans, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation, and collaborating with families and school personnel. The role also delivers professional learning and monitors student records, eligibility processes, referrals, re-evaluations, and FTE reporting.
