The Principal develops teachers and leaders, uses student performance data to improve instruction, establishes accountability, supports scholar needs, and partners with network and operations leaders to achieve campus goals.

Manages specialized education services for students with disabilities by coaching instructional staff, supporting curriculum and classroom improvement, coordinating IEPs and behavioral plans, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation, and collaborating with families and school personnel. The role also delivers professional learning and monitors student records, eligibility processes, referrals, re-evaluations, and FTE reporting.
