Provides administrative and analytical support to life insurance underwriters by tracking applications and policies, coordinating evidence and documentation, communicating with agents and internal teams, addressing sales inquiries, and preparing MIS reports on productivity, quality, pending cases, turnaround times, and vendors. The role also supports reinstatement requests, special projects, and operational analysis while ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing.

Own escalated customer and internal support cases from triage through resolution. Diagnose root causes using systems and backend tools, communicate clearly with stakeholders, meet service-level goals, and identify recurring issues for permanent fixes. The role also involves live customer troubleshooting, knowledge-base development, and building operating processes for a new product support team.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications and integrations. Develop Apex, LWC, Flow solutions, REST APIs, event-driven integrations, and secure data workflows. Ensure bulk processing, governor-limit compliance, automated testing, retries, idempotency, and failure recovery. Manage Git-based CI/CD deployments, troubleshoot production issues, review code, and collaborate with administrators, analysts, data engineers, and product teams.

Provide exceptional multi-channel support (email, chat, SMS, phone) to customers and partner agents, handle policy and agent compensation inquiries, learn internal systems, meet team goals, identify process improvements, and collaborate with account managers.

Leads life insurance underwriting production, quality, performance, and operational excellence. Administer and enhance Salesforce for complex insurance workflows. Build advanced Flows, manage data models and migrations, troubleshoot permissions, sharing, reporting, and automation issues, support users, and deliver long-term system projects alongside daily triage. The role requires Salesforce certifications and familiarity with Agentforce or CTI integrations is preferred.

Lead the development of Ethos’s sales training and enablement system across direct-to-consumer insurance sales. Own sales scripts, AI-powered call insights, experimentation, agent onboarding, remedial training, coaching programs, and manager development. Partner with Sales and Product leadership to improve customer engagement, conversion, agent performance, and sales strategy. Build measurable systems for script adherence, call analysis, ramp performance, and organization-wide manager coaching.

Leads the Policy Administration team, overseeing daily operations, staffing, escalations, customer support procedures, and policy servicing. Drives process improvement, workflow innovation, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, sales, underwriting, and carrier partners. Monitors metrics, prepares reports, uses data to guide decisions, manages Jira tickets, and recruits and develops team members. Requires life insurance knowledge, operational leadership, process improvement experience, and Salesforce or comparable support software proficiency.

Leads the global People Operations strategy, shared services team, tiered service model, and AI-enabled automation roadmap. Establishes service standards, governance, compliance controls, metrics, vendor management, and change-management practices across regions. Partners with HR Technology, IT, Legal, Finance, and People leadership to scale systems and processes while ensuring privacy, security, auditability, human oversight, and strong employee experience.

Lead cross-functional growth projects across product, marketing, sales, engineering, and partnerships. Analyze funnel, cohort, channel, and retention data; build business cases and unit-economic models; prioritize growth opportunities; execute pilots; and track results. The role also identifies and applies AI use cases to improve decision-making, quality, and efficiency.

Investigate and triage technical and product issues using backend tools and data platforms. Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to prioritize bugs, quantify impact, communicate resolutions, and improve customer experience. Advocate for customer needs during feature development and launches while surfacing behavioral insights, coordinating stakeholders, and strengthening product feedback loops.
