Lead the Consumer Product team to define multi-year vision and roadmap, manage and grow PMs, drive end-to-end consumer experience improvements, run rapid experiments, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business growth in life insurance products.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack systems and APIs, collaborate with PMs and engineers to design and ship features, optimize performance and Core Web Vitals, participate in code reviews, write engineering requirements, and work with infrastructure, monitoring, and third-party engagement platforms.

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will develop and ship features across the stack, design APIs, maintain databases, and mentor junior engineers.
