Lead post-lead re-engagement for Annuities by designing multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle automation, experiments, and self-serve tools to increase retention and LTV while reducing agent workload. Build triggered messaging, agent-personalized follow-up tooling, and interactive client tools; partner with Data, PM, and ops to segment users and optimize performance via A/B testing and SQL-driven analysis.

Manage high volumes of policy servicing requests, maintain accurate policy records, collaborate across CX, Sales, Underwriting and Product/Engineering to resolve escalations, meet production and quality goals, identify process improvements, and support testing and QA of internal tools.

Handle inbound customer and agent inquiries across phone, email, chat, and SMS; maintain policy records in Salesforce; resolve policy, billing, and compensation questions; escalate complex cases cross-functionally; meet production and quality goals while proposing process improvements.
