Lead and manage a fully remote team of Life Insurance Agents, focusing on coaching, performance improvement, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Own product analytics strategy across high-impact product areas, identifying growth opportunities and shaping product and executive decisions. Lead experiment design, guardrails, causal inference, power analysis, and cross-experiment interpretation. Validate and improve AI-generated analyses, develop customer and business insights, and connect patterns across data sources. Partner with product, design, engineering, and leadership while raising standards for analytical rigor and AI-assisted workflows.

Investigate and triage technical and product issues using backend tools and data platforms. Partner with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to prioritize bugs, quantify impact, communicate resolutions, and improve customer experience. Advocate for customer needs during feature development and launches while surfacing behavioral insights, coordinating stakeholders, and strengthening product feedback loops.
