Entry-level software engineers will design, build, test, debug, and maintain applications while supporting frontend and backend development. Responsibilities include writing code in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C/C++, working with SQL databases, translating business requirements into technical solutions, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates should understand programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, web technologies, Git, and operating systems.

Develop industry-relevant technical curricula, learning materials, labs, assessments, coding exercises, and projects. Teach classes, workshops, bootcamps, and live coding sessions; record tutorials and demonstrations; research emerging technologies; review content quality; and support trainer development. The role requires hands-on expertise in Java and DSA and/or Python, knowledge of AI and data technologies, curriculum development experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with classroom and video delivery.

Leads Ethnus’s financial strategy, accounting, compliance, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, profitability, tax, controls, audits, vendor management, and finance team development. Partners with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, manage risks, improve profitability, optimize working capital, and build scalable finance processes across business verticals.
