Leads business development and institutional sales across an assigned cluster, owning revenue targets, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, key accounts, territory expansion, and sales team performance. Builds relationships with educational institutions and senior decision-makers, conducts negotiations, manages pipelines and forecasts, develops markets, coordinates cross-functionally, and travels extensively for field sales, conferences, and institutional engagements.

Leads Ethnus’s enterprise HR strategy while building and scaling its staffing and workforce development business. Responsibilities include HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance, culture, workforce planning, P&L ownership, business development, client acquisition, staffing operations, pricing, profitability, technology adoption, and team leadership. The role requires CXO-level stakeholder management, strategic sales capability, staffing expertise, and the ability to create a scalable, profitable business vertical.
