Supports the Principal Product Owner in gathering and validating requirements for multiple products and platforms. Creates epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and documentation; manages backlog refinement and participates in agile ceremonies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements, remove blockers, validate features through usability testing and UAT, and support release enablement, documentation, and user communications.

Design, develop, test, and support scalable .NET platform features within an Agile team. Provide estimates, produce technical designs, perform code reviews, mentor juniors, handle 3rd-line support, and coordinate with global teams and vendors.

Manage a portfolio of US-based enterprise clients as the primary post-sale contact to drive adoption, retention, and value. Own onboarding, training, executive business reviews, success plans, risk mitigation, upsell identification, and cross-functional coordination. Capture client feedback, maintain CRM data integrity, and optimize CS processes to improve client outcomes and platform adoption.
