Supports English Language Learning students and families through bilingual Haitian Creole and English communication, outreach, interpreting, translation, technology assistance, parent education, and school-resource coordination. The role contacts disengaged families, provides school and public-health information, maintains communication about student needs, translates district materials, and participates in meetings, trainings, and community events.
