Lead and define group-wide quality strategy and governance across global manufacturing and distribution sites. Establish standardized quality systems aligned to ISO, run audit programmes, drive quality KPIs, and embed continuous improvement (RCA, 8D, CAPA). Strengthen supplier quality, use data to guide decisions, and build a high-performing multi-site quality and CI function.

Lead global logistics strategy and execution across inbound, internal flow, and outbound distribution. Establish standards, align logistics with S&OP and production, manage 3PLs, drive KPIs (DIFOT, cost-to-serve, inventory movement), deliver continuous improvement, and build a multi-site logistics function to improve cost, flow, safety, and customer outcomes.

Lead Production Engineering and standards governance for distribution transformer manufacturing across New Zealand and Indonesia. Build and coach multi-site teams, align design and manufacturing practices, manage engineering changes, ensure safe rollouts of components/processes, and drive cross-site performance and capability improvements.

Lead ETEL's insights function to deliver executive dashboards, scalable reporting, self-service analytics, and advanced analytics/AI. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations, improve data quality and governance, and build a high-performing insights capability across the business.

Develop and deliver category strategies to optimise cost, manage risk, and ensure supply continuity. Lead end-to-end sourcing (RFx, evaluation, negotiation, contracting), perform spend and market analysis, manage supplier performance and relationships, support contract governance, mitigate supply risks, and drive procurement process and reporting improvements.

Provide hands-on support across core accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, month-end journals and reconciliations, management reporting, budgeting, audit and compliance support. Maintain supporting documentation and master data, resolve stakeholder queries, and contribute to process improvements while progressing toward CA ANZ qualification.

The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and Executive Team with diary management, meeting coordination, documentation preparation, executive communications, and administrative tasks to enable effective leadership.

The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for leading manufacturing operations, ensuring safety and quality, driving performance, and fostering continuous improvement in the production team.
