The Software Engineer will develop software solutions for defense applications, transitioning R&D algorithms into operational software for DoD clients, requiring collaboration on machine learning and data processing tasks.

Lead and manage end-to-end federal proposal efforts: analyze solicitations, coordinate cross-functional contributors, write and edit technical proposals, ensure compliance, maintain proposal libraries and metrics, and support capture and transition activities.

Manage full government contract lifecycle for GovCon R&D, including pre- and post-award administration, negotiations, compliance with FAR/DFARS, subcontracting, portal submissions (WAWF/iRAPT, PIEE, SAM.gov), audit support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure funding, deliverables, and regulatory compliance.

Design, implement, and evaluate ML and signal/image processing algorithms for geospatial/intelligence sensor data. Develop data ingestion, visualization, and scalable software tools, collaborate with teammates and customers, document results, and support deployment on customer systems. Apply statistical techniques to assess algorithm performance.
