Leads utility-domain business analysis and end-to-end software testing. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing smart metering, AMI, billing, CRM, and MDM processes, coordinating stakeholders, defining test strategies, managing functional and integration testing, tracking defects, supporting UAT, and facilitating implementation and go-live activities.

The Senior Associate Business Analyst interfaces with clients to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, coordinate technology implementations, and manage functional testing and User Acceptance Testing. The role prepares business cases, procedures, training materials, and solution proposals; manages scope and change control; prioritizes requirements; and identifies and escalates project risks. Energy and utility experience is required, with government project experience preferred.

Manage day-to-day HES and MDM operations for smart metering platforms, including meter onboarding, communication monitoring, on-demand reads, billing data delivery, remote connect/disconnect, event validation, incident resolution, SLA and penalty calculations, cross-system reconciliation, compliance activities, and operational reporting.

Manage and validate consumer, meter, service connection, location, and work-order data in WFM. Monitor end-to-end transactions, material allocation, approvals, work-order progress, and system integrations. Identify and resolve data, workflow, and transaction issues; coordinate with field, operations, utility, and technical teams; prepare MIS and exception reports; provide user support; and ensure process compliance and timely activity closure.

Monitor and maintain Smart Metering AMI communication networks, including smart meters, DCUs, HES, and MDMS. Troubleshoot non-communication issues across RF, GPRS, 4G/LTE, and NB-IoT networks; coordinate with telecom operators, vendors, field teams, and O&M teams; track KPIs and SLA compliance; support commissioning, testing, and operations; and prepare MIS, root-cause analysis, and performance reports.

Supports project planning, monitoring, scheduling, MIS reporting, KPI tracking, data analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Maintains accurate project records, identifies schedule deviations and risks, consolidates progress data, prepares performance dashboards and management updates, and provides actionable insights to support timely project execution and informed decision-making.

Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for the Goa Smart Metering Project. Ensure SLA compliance, resolve field issues involving SAT, Non-Communication and NVC, close complaints and maintenance activities, coordinate field teams, vendors, DISCOM representatives and stakeholders, monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, review performance metrics, and prepare operational reports and dashboards.

Develops and manages database models for core products, including SQL views, tables, stored procedures, SSIS packages, T-SQL, and SQL jobs. Designs staging and archival data solutions, performs database analysis, migration, normalization, indexing, query tuning, and performance optimization. Supports authentication and authorization, establishes database development best practices, documents technical processes, and collaborates with engineering teams on data analytics solutions.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise application, cloud, and infrastructure security. Embed AppSec and DevSecOps controls (SAST/DAST/SCA) into CI/CD, perform risk and vulnerability assessments, design secure architectures, lead SIEM deployments, support incident response and compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR), and provide security guidance and training to stakeholders.

Lead commercial and industrial (C&I) solar business development by identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting site feasibility, preparing techno-commercial proposals, negotiating PPA/lease/group captive agreements, coordinating internal teams, liaising with DISCOMs and regulators, supporting tenders, maintaining CRM and sales forecasts, and ensuring smooth handover to execution teams.

Oversee on-site civil construction for biogas infrastructure, ensuring work follows structural and GA drawings, conducting material testing, enforcing HSE protocols, managing subcontractors, maintaining DPRs, and verifying contractor bills and progress.

Manage end-to-end execution of solar projects including scheduling, procurement tracking, site inspections, quality and safety monitoring, regulatory compliance (MNRE, CEA, CEIG, DISCOM), grid connectivity approvals, and support testing, commissioning, and handover while coordinating EPC contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Hands-on senior iOS developer responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, testable iOS features, mentoring mid-level engineers, driving architecture decisions, ensuring performance and security, and collaborating with product, design, backend and QA to deliver reliable releases.

Drive sales for commercial, industrial, and utility solar EPC projects by generating leads, conducting site assessments, preparing techno-commercial proposals and bids, coordinating with engineering teams, and managing client relationships and pipelines to close rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.

Prepare GA, fabrication, civil layout drawings and BOMs; perform structural analysis and load calculations; design and optimize foundations based on geotechnical data; develop specifications; support RFQs, vendor evaluation, BOQs and costing; coordinate with electrical and project teams; review vendor drawings and provide site execution support. Floating solar and BESS foundation experience is a plus.

Lead site safety for biogas, green hydrogen, and solar EPC projects across India. Conduct JSAs, HIRA, HAZOP, QRA; enforce PTW and LOTO; manage gas/process and electrical safety; ensure regulatory compliance; develop emergency plans and drills; deliver training and internal audits to build a zero-incident safety culture.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale utility/AMI platforms. Author design docs, define microservices, database, messaging, search, and cloud architectures; mentor engineers; manage deployments, security reviews, and production troubleshooting for high-throughput, high-availability systems.

Lead QA for mobile, web, and backend: design test strategy, build and maintain automated UI/API/integration suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, own release-gate discipline, triage defects, cover non-functional testing, and advocate quality across engineering.
