Leads utility-domain business analysis and end-to-end software testing. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing smart metering, AMI, billing, CRM, and MDM processes, coordinating stakeholders, defining test strategies, managing functional and integration testing, tracking defects, supporting UAT, and facilitating implementation and go-live activities.

The Senior Associate Business Analyst interfaces with clients to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, coordinate technology implementations, and manage functional testing and User Acceptance Testing. The role prepares business cases, procedures, training materials, and solution proposals; manages scope and change control; prioritizes requirements; and identifies and escalates project risks. Energy and utility experience is required, with government project experience preferred.

Manage day-to-day HES and MDM operations for smart metering platforms, including meter onboarding, communication monitoring, on-demand reads, billing data delivery, remote connect/disconnect, event validation, incident resolution, SLA and penalty calculations, cross-system reconciliation, compliance activities, and operational reporting.
