Lead revenue operations project management, translate GTM requirements into user stories, manage RevOps case board and request queues, govern Salesforce opportunity lifecycle, maintain pipeline data quality, own revenue tech stack (Apollo, LinkedIn), build outbound plays, and produce executive partner reports and invoicing support to ensure accurate, scalable revenue processes.

The Account Executive will engage with senior executives to close new business, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Own end-to-end billing, collections, and cash application. Execute automated invoicing and dunning workflows, verify electronic invoice delivery, manage AR aging and collections, apply payments in NetSuite, and collaborate with the Controller on month-end and bad-debt matters.
