The Account Executive will engage with senior executives to close new business, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Lead revenue operations project management, translate GTM requirements into user stories, manage RevOps case board and request queues, govern Salesforce opportunity lifecycle, maintain pipeline data quality, own revenue tech stack (Apollo, LinkedIn), build outbound plays, and produce executive partner reports and invoicing support to ensure accurate, scalable revenue processes.

Manage the full customer lifecycle for SMB accounts: lead onboarding, serve as primary customer contact, deliver training, drive renewals and expansion, produce impact reports, monitor account health, handle ongoing requests, and optimize lifecycle processes to improve adoption and retention.
