The Wedding Sales Manager sells wedding, leisure, SMERF, business travel, and group services for two luxury hotels. Responsibilities include achieving sales and revenue goals, soliciting and securing new accounts, conducting sales tours, entertaining clients, growing assigned relationships, monitoring market trends, participating in promotions, and collaborating with the Director of Sales to meet revenue and market-share objectives.

Leads the resort’s Engineering Department and Preventive Maintenance Program. Oversees maintenance schedules, work orders, building systems, vendors, inspections, guest-room readiness, public-area appearance, safety compliance, and emergency repairs. Partners with housekeeping and operational departments to maintain luxury standards, reduce reactive maintenance, extend asset life, and support high-occupancy periods and special events. Coaches the engineering team and promotes accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.

Supports the hotel Engineering department through administrative coordination, work order and preventive maintenance tracking, vendor communication, purchasing follow-up, project organization, compliance documentation, and cross-department communication. The role maintains records, schedules, invoices, inspection logs, and project updates while helping prioritize guest-impacting repairs, room readiness, safety needs, and property improvements in a luxury hospitality environment.
