Supports the Marketing team with content creation, social media, website updates, email marketing, communications, events, market research, promotional materials, and performance reporting. The intern collaborates with Marketing, Sales, HR, and other departments while maintaining calendars, databases, and marketing resources. This role provides practical B2B marketing experience across brand awareness, digital marketing, communications, photography, video, and special projects.

Supports sales and customers throughout the quote-to-order and post-sale process. Reviews purchase orders, manages quotes and sales orders in QAD ERP, provides order updates, resolves discrepancies, processes returns and credits, maintains compliance documentation and SOPs, and identifies process improvements. Collaborates with sales, operations, and customers to ensure accurate, responsive, and consistent customer interactions.

Home-based outside sales role covering OEM accounts in the Northeastern US. Manage and grow existing accounts, prospect for new business, execute division sales plans, promote magnet wire and motor-related products, coordinate resources and joint-selling with suppliers, and perform frequent overnight travel to customer sites.
