Oversees environmental assessments, air and water permits, wetlands and stormwater approvals, agency relationships, public engagement, consultants, budgets, schedules, compliance planning, and permitting risk mitigation. Builds and mentors the permitting team while coordinating with engineering, construction, legal, and project leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and development timelines.
