Develop and manage the integrated master schedule for a large-scale steel plant project spanning engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Responsibilities include integrating contractor and vendor schedules, analyzing critical paths and risks, tracking progress, managing baselines and change control, preparing executive reports, supporting recovery plans and claims, and coordinating with project controls, cost, procurement, and leadership teams. The role also mentors junior scheduling staff.

Provides on-site IT support for project offices and personnel, including hardware, software, networking, devices, Microsoft 365, account provisioning, and enterprise systems. Sets up new offices, troubleshoots user issues, maintains asset and licensing records, coordinates vendors, supports security compliance, documents procedures, and escalates complex problems. The role is based in the United States and may involve occasional travel between project locations.

Leads end-to-end CAPEX procurement for a major integrated steel plant project, including sourcing strategy, vendor qualification, bid evaluation, negotiations, contracting, supplier performance, cost optimization, and procurement risk mitigation. Coordinates with EPC contractors, engineering, finance, legal, and project teams while managing budgets, schedules, trade compliance, and a procurement team. Extensive travel to vendor facilities, project sites, and engineering offices is required.
