Manage and maintain wellsite and laboratory data in an Oracle database. Review, edit, proofread, scan, and upload records while organizing geological, well, production, and laboratory information. Communicate with geologists and laboratory staff, manage multiple assignments, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.

Administers employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, insurance, wellness, and open enrollment. Serves as the primary employee contact, coordinates vendors and brokers, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains HRIS records, develops benefits communications, and analyzes utilization and cost data to recommend improvements and support budgeting. Advises leadership on legislative changes and manages benefits-related initiatives.

Provides administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, requisition and ATS administration, recruiting reports, offer and onboarding coordination, and process documentation. Partners with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate records, support compliance, improve recruiting processes, and deliver a positive candidate and new-hire experience.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications for transit and mobility systems. Integrate applications with backend services, hardware, and third-party transit systems; debug production issues; participate in code reviews; document technical procedures; and ensure performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to define requirements and improve system functionality.
