Leads and grows ESP’s Water Resources practice in Tampa, managing staff, clients, stormwater and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include planning and modeling, design development, contract administration, cost estimates, proposals, business development, public presentations, financial reporting, QA/QC, mentoring, and client relationship management. Projects include municipal stormwater studies, drainage master plans, FEMA map revisions, greenway design, mitigation, grant support, and water/sewer planning.

Creates and maintains GIS data, databases, maps, metadata, and procedures for utility and engineering projects. Researches survey, aerial, LiDAR, environmental, transportation, and utility information; performs GIS analysis; develops paper and web maps; supports engineers and surveyors; manages multiple projects; and identifies workflow improvements. The role requires advanced GIS software expertise, communication skills, independent work, and occasional travel or overtime.

Supports hazard mitigation and resilience planning projects for state, local, and Tribal clients. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data for risk and capability assessments, developing mitigation strategies, preparing reports and plan documents, facilitating meetings and workshops, and coordinating with jurisdictions, emergency management offices, and FEMA. The intern also contributes to project communications and coordination while gaining experience in hazard mitigation programs, resilience planning, and GIS.

Contribute to civil and site plan production, construction plan documents, and technical drawings for private land development projects. Work with an engineering design team while gaining practical experience in civil engineering, conceptual design, and technical documentation. Responsibilities include applying design skills, collaborating with teammates, and developing proficiency with industry tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam.

Processes and codes accounts payable invoices, distributes invoices for approval, issues checks, maintains vendor documentation, prepares 1099s, supports audits and tax filings, reviews expense and credit card reports, and performs monthly reconciliations. Provides backup support for payroll and timesheet review while maintaining accurate accounting records and developing expertise in accounting and payroll platforms.

Leads the PMO team and oversees complex engineering programs and utility project portfolios. Develops project management processes, standards, reporting tools, metrics, and controls while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability targets. Mentors project managers and engineering staff, supports financial forecasting and invoicing, manages client relationships and negotiations, conducts project reviews, and contributes to proposals and business development.

Leads municipal and transportation engineering projects involving roadways, drainage, water, wastewater, utilities, and site development. Oversees engineering analyses, plans, specifications, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, billing, quality control, construction-phase services, and client relationships. Manages multidisciplinary teams, coordinates subconsultants, supports proposals and business development, represents the firm in public meetings, and mentors engineering staff.
