Oversees engineering analyses, plans, specifications, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, billing, quality control, construction-phase services, and client relationships. Manages multidisciplinary teams, coordinates subconsultants, supports proposals and business development, represents the firm in public meetings, and mentors engineering staff. Ensures compliance with design standards, regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.

Oversee technical, financial, schedule, scope, budget, and safety performance for electric utility projects. Coordinate engineering teams, clients, subcontractors, accounting, and project controls; prepare financial reports, bids, proposals, estimates, invoices, and technical reports. Manage client relationships, project risks, recovery plans, and deliverables while supporting business development and marketing activities.

Leads and grows ESP’s Fort Collins water resources practice, managing staff, clients, business development, proposals, budgets, contracts, and project delivery. Oversees municipal stormwater studies, capital improvement projects, drainage plans, FEMA map revisions, greenway design, mitigation, and water/sewer planning. Responsibilities include design review, financial reporting, public presentations, quality control, client relationships, mentoring, and coordination with public agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
