Responsibilities include team staffing and mentoring, client management, business development, proposals, project design and contract administration, modeling, cost estimating, public presentations, financial reporting, and quality assurance. The role requires collaboration with public agencies, knowledge of stormwater regulations and standards, and management of multidisciplinary projects and client relationships in Northern Colorado.

Leads and grows ESP’s Tampa Water Resources practice, managing staff, clients, stormwater and capital improvement projects, design development, contracts, budgets, proposals, business development, and public presentations. The role oversees municipal stormwater studies, drainage master plans, FEMA map revisions, mitigation, grant support, and water/sewer planning while mentoring staff and maintaining client and agency relationships.
