The Customer Success Architect guides customers through SaaS onboarding and implementation, coordinates milestones and project scope, connects product capabilities to customer workflows, resolves concerns, and advocates for customer success. The role builds relationships with users and executive sponsors, collaborates across Customer Success, Sales, Support, Product, and R&D, and shares customer insights to improve implementation practices. US-remote with 10% travel to customer sites and events.

Business Controller responsible for budgeting, forecasting, revenue and recurring-revenue modeling, variance analysis, executive reporting, and financial decision support. The role partners with commercial and operating leaders on pricing, investments, headcount, profitability, and business cases. It also supports month-end close and revenue review while using Oracle Fusion, SQL, and Excel to analyze data and automate planning and reporting processes.

Leads Esko’s global Tier 1 Strategic Account Sales organization, owning portfolio growth, acquisition, retention, expansion, recurring revenue, profitability, forecasting, and strategic account planning. Recruits and develops global account managers, drives consultative value-based selling, builds executive customer relationships, leads complex negotiations, and coordinates Sales, Customer Success, Product, Services, Marketing, partners, and executives. Establishes account governance, commercial discipline, playbooks, and methodologies for scalable strategic-account performance.
