Own the strategy, roadmap, business performance, and value delivery for WebCenter PLMS, an enterprise SaaS product serving regulated Life Sciences customers. Translate customer and regulatory needs into prioritized requirements, initiatives, and product investments. Lead discovery, business cases, launches, adoption, pricing, positioning, partnerships, and cross-functional alignment with Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams. The role is remote within the US Eastern time zone, with approximately 10% travel and an onsite immersion program.

Analyze product, engineering, delivery, and commercial data to define KPIs, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions. Build Power BI dashboards from product telemetry to measure adoption, engagement, feature usage, and customer behavior. Improve data quality, automate recurring reporting, and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Build and evolve scalable cloud foundation services powering multiple SaaS products. Own detailed technical design, implementation, testing, reliability, observability, and operational readiness for complex distributed systems. Translate architectural direction into production software, provide technical feedback, resolve complex production issues, lead code reviews, improve engineering practices, and mentor engineers. Work across APIs, repositories, data services, workflows, search, and other shared platform capabilities.
