Own post-sales technical relationships for a portfolio of customers, guiding deployment, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, adoption, and technical workshops. Partner with security and engineering stakeholders, resolve complex issues through scripting and automation, manage account plans, identify adoption and expansion opportunities, and provide customer insights to Product and Engineering. The role also supports onboarding processes and requires customer travel and NYC hybrid work.

Own end-to-end enterprise sales in the Nordics/UK for a security platform that maps internet-exposed assets and runs automated AI penetration testing and DAST. Build territory plan and pipeline, engage technical buyers (CISOs, AppSec, Security Engineers), run demos and POCs with Sales Engineering, close complex six-figure ACV deals, and establish regional playbooks and partnerships.

Lead and scale Escape's North America sales organization: recruit and coach AEs, BDRs, and SEs; own revenue targets, pipeline, and forecasting; drive enterprise adoption and executive relationships; build repeatable go-to-market processes; collaborate cross-functionally and globally to deliver predictable revenue growth.
