Conduct account research to identify and qualify leads; develop and execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone; craft tailored messaging; collaborate with sales and marketing to refine ICP; share market insights; stay current on cybersecurity and AI trends; represent the company at industry events to drive lead generation.

Lead full-stack development of an AI-native cybersecurity platform: design scalable architecture and GraphQL schemas, optimize PostgreSQL performance, implement low-latency data pipelines, build AI-driven workflows (triage, remediation), own ingestion-to-remediation delivery, and integrate with developer tooling (CI/CD, Git, ticketing). Influence technical direction and mentor the engineering squad.

Lead and grow a small technical Customer Success team, drive adoption and onboarding, manage high-touch onboarding, POCs and complex escalations for strategic accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to inform the product roadmap and ensure customer success.
