Support ESG, EHS and environmental due diligence for M&A, investment and financing deals: conduct site visits, interviews and data collection; review disclosures and management systems; prepare reports and client deliverables; coordinate with specialists and support sustainability advisory projects.

Support Technical Due Diligence (TDD) for infrastructure and industrial assets by conducting technical reviews, site inspections, document reviews, CAPEX/OPEX assessments, risk identification, and reporting. Coordinate with clients, design firms, contractors, and vendors, and support project managers to deliver due diligence findings and recommendations for investment and project decisions.
