Teams at ERM

Lead client and project work in sustainable product stewardship and supply chain services, including regulatory submissions, compliance enablement, decarbonization, due diligence, audits, and training. Monitor and interpret product compliance regulations, support business development and client pitches, and collaborate across sustainability practices to deliver ESG-related services.

Lead and manage ESG and M&A-related consulting projects, including ESG risk assessments, cross-border ESG due diligence, client engagement, budget and schedule management, business development, and team mentoring in the Japan office.

Own project accounting tasks including project setup, budgeting, billing/invoicing, WIP/DSO management, variance resolution, project closeout, and KPI delivery while ensuring compliance with ERM policies.
