Conducts explosives safety, occupational safety, health, and quality assurance activities in explosives and energetics processing and decontamination environments. Responsibilities include hazard analyses, MPPEH evaluations, safety protocol enforcement, regulatory compliance, operations reviews, and implementation of hazard controls.
