Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from solicitation through award, negotiation, administration, and closeout. Design, develop, deploy, test, and maintain ColdFusion applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Build front-end components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks. Collaborate with Business Solutions and IT teams, support implementations, resolve incidents, document systems, and deliver ongoing enhancements for federal clients.
