Supports marketing and Front Office teams, analyzes guest and booking trends, develops segment-focused surveys, and creates weekly Google Business updates for hotels. Requires professional guest interaction, discretion, accuracy, organization, and an interest in customer behavior and data-driven marketing.

Monitors hotel revenue, purchasing, inventory, operating costs, and financial controls. Prepares revenue reconciliations, cost analyses, trend reports, and inventory records; investigates variances, waste, and control issues; verifies purchasing and payment procedures; supports budgeting, forecasting, sustainability initiatives, departmental training, and management decision-making.
