Drive B2B and B2C sales, manage and expand distribution partnerships with banks, distributors, and advisory firms, achieve revenue targets, conduct market and competitor analysis, plan resources, coordinate with investment and operations teams, and ensure channel-partner and client compliance.

Conduct company, industry, peer, financial, and valuation analysis; develop investment frameworks; identify investee companies; prepare diligence checklists and investor presentations; lead analysis and recommendations for the investment committee; mentor junior researchers; collaborate with investment banking and equity teams; and coordinate with fund management, compliance, and operations teams on fund setup and management.

Oversee regulatory compliance for loan-against-securities operations, including documentation, lien and pledge processes, exposure monitoring, margin calls, reporting, policy updates, audits, inspections, and remediation. Coordinate with business, operations, risk, credit, and legal teams; maintain compliance evidence; escalate breaches; and deliver employee training on LAS compliance requirements.

Conduct channel checks and gather Industrials-sector market insights, translate findings into financial models evaluating margins and company valuations, support senior analysts with stock initiations and investment ideas, and publish equity research reports for institutional investors.

Supports end-to-end investment banking transactions across sell-side and buy-side mandates. Responsibilities include industry research, market mapping, mandate pitches, financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and preparation of information memorandums, teasers, pitchbooks, and other deal materials. The analyst also coordinates data rooms, due diligence, transaction documents, and meetings while serving as a key deal-cycle contact.

Manage onboarding and ongoing relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Drive revenue, AUM, strategic product, wallet-share, and book-size growth within the assigned geography. Advise clients on business and investment needs, review portfolios, develop tailored solutions, generate leads in partnership with Federal Bank, coordinate client servicing, and maintain regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance.

Manage brokerage back-office operations and team activities, including KYC, Demat operations, account opening, and regulatory compliance. Ensure processes and data are completed and submitted accurately and on time. Lead teams, oversee operational workflows, and maintain compliance across back-office functions.

Manages accounts payable, invoice verification, payment processing, bank reconciliations, vendor correspondence, bond transactions, GST and income tax compliance, audits, assessments, MIS, budgets, and management dashboards. The role requires advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas, along with timely coordination with auditors, consultants, vendors, and senior management.

Onboard and manage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, grow revenue, assets under management, wallet share, and strategic product adoption. Advise clients on business and investment needs through tailored solutions, review portfolios, generate leads in partnership with Federal Bank, coordinate servicing support, and maintain regulatory and corporate compliance.

Own digital lead generation, funnel optimization, martech automation, website and landing-page performance, multi-channel performance marketing, SEO and AI discoverability. Manage campaigns, budgets, agencies, personalized investor journeys, WhatsApp engagement, analytics dashboards, attribution, and conversion optimization while maintaining brand and regulatory alignment.

Manage institutional client relationships and execute derivatives trading strategies across cash, futures, and options markets. Identify arbitrage, volatility, pairs trading, special situations, and block trade opportunities. Provide market intelligence and trade recommendations, manage risk and regulatory compliance, develop client business, collaborate with research and structuring teams, improve trading algorithms, and mentor junior team members.

Supports product due diligence, onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation. Analyzes data and portfolios to produce reports that guide sales and management decisions. Assists with product-related sales queries, client portfolio analysis, sales incentive campaigns, product one-pagers, presentations, secondary research, and research notes.
